Established in 1993, The Sierra Group specializes in public affairs and community relations for public and private sector planners, designers, developers and builders seeking awareness and support in growing, multi-cultural communities. Rebecca Barrantes, President/CEO, established The Sierra Group after a  successful career in government. She realized there was an overwhelming need for a multi-lingual public relations firm that is sensitive to business goals as well as community objectives.
